Church Overview
Sir Robert Rowand Anderson's church of 1904 was razed to make way for Glasgow Airport, and the present building by Miller and Black, consecrated in 1968, incorporates much of interest and beauty from the earlier church. Foundation by St Conval in 597. King David I gave patronage of first stone church to Knights Templar, succeeded by Knights of St John. Celtic and medieval stones.
