Church Overview
The Church in Dunbeg started in the early 1940s when the Admiralty built prefabs to house dock workers and the village was born. The Church at that time was a Nissan hut which served Dunstaffnage and the Royal Marine base beside it.
The present church was built in 1981 to replace the Nissan. It is a simple hall-church with low eaves and a large window in the apex of the gable.
