Church Overview
1923-27 by Sir J J Burnet in Scots Gothic and in harmony with the University buildings of Sir George Gilbert Scott. The structure is reinforced concrete, faced with stone. Tall interior with sculpture by Archibald Dawson. Ten of the stained glass windows are by Douglas Strachan in a cycle depicting the whole of human life as a spiritual enterprise. Other windows by Gordon Webster and Lawrence Lee. The chapel incorporates the Lion and Unicorn Stair salvaged from the Old College.
