Church Overview
The Mount Kirk is the result of several unions; the present building is the former Mount Pleasant Free Church of 1910. The building is of red sandstone and consists of a large aisle-less nave. The interior is fairly plain and functional, relieved by fine wood carving of the pulpit and organ case. Pulpit falls reflect Greenock's industrial past and present.
