Church Overview
Victorian Gothic building of 1853, W H & J M Hay, restored after disastrous fire in 1924 by Robert Wemyss, with a porch by William Leiper. Impressive panelled interior, with fine woodwork and half-timbered ceiling. Organ by Hill, 1894, rebuilt Hill, Norman & Beard. Exceptionally fine stained glass including Memorial windows to Andrew Bonar Law, one-time Prime Minister, and to John Logie Baird, inventor of television and son of the manse in Helensburgh.
