Church Overview
Overlooking Sandside Bay, a white-harled T-plan church of 1738-9 with a pyramid-roofed bell-tower at the east end. Traditional layout inside with a long central communion table and a hexagonal pulpit with sounding board. The nearby old churchyard contains several notable monuments including the mausoleum of the Mackays of Bighouse of 1691.
