Church Overview
Built as the United Presbyterian Church in 1867, the church has been Catholic since 1985. Romanesque Revivial in style designed by Peddie & Kinnear, the church has a gabled front and an arcade with red and yellow vousoirs. The three-stage tower with its octagonal spire was added in 1872. Simple interior. Pipe organ. Attractive stained glass window depicting Jesus blessing children. Part of Melrose Town Trail. 25th anniversary celebrations in 2010.
