Church Overview
Erected 1878, architect John Bridgeford Pirie, in a blend of white and pink granite characteristic of his work. Variously described as French or German Gothic; a freestyle architecture of the type that emerged from the High Victorian era. Fine interior of Art Nouveau design: gallery, pulpit, iron-framed gallery front and timber lined walls in natural honey-colour. Square tower with lancet windows topped with a round stone spire flanked by pinnacles.
