Church Overview
Early English Gothic of Ballochmyle red sandstone designed by P MacGregor Chalmers, 1888-9. Nave-and-aisles gothic church with complex roof forms. Side aisle, also by Chalmers, added 1899.
Chancel has alabaster and stone pulpit by Jackson Brown & Co and fine workmanship in its oak communion table, reading desk and elders' benches. North wall screen by Ross & Manson. Rich and varied collection of stained glass windows including three-light chancel window by J & W Guthrie, series of six windows by Sadie McLellan, Millennium window (2000) by Roland Mitton.
